Construction Crew Leader – $22.00 to $24.00
Minimum Time in Grade: 2 years (or meets all qualifications) – Ongoing until meets requirements of next level
Next Level of Opportunity: Construction Foreman
Results: Safety – QC Scores – On Budget with Hours – Oversees 1-4 Crewman

All of Crewman 1-3 + Job Sequencing – Crew Supervision – Crew Safety- Quality Control – Best Practices – Job Quality – Site Layout – Heavy Equipment Operations – All Hayward Pool Equipment plumbing, functions, operations, and programming – All Imagine Pool Shells installation process and knowledge – Rough-in gas lines – Water features – Pool service, opening and closing -Scoring – Basic Client Communication – Construction Equipment Service Calendar- Accident Reporting – Know suppliers – Know Subcontractors –
