How Our Pool Process Works
Every project begins with our Project Planner. This tool helps you share your vision, budget, and photos of your space. From there, we schedule a Discovery Call. Everyone involved in the decision should be present, and we ask that your planner and photos be submitted at least two days in advance so our team can prepare.
During the thirty-minute call, we explain the process, review expectations, and determine whether your project requires a custom design. For simpler builds, we can usually move straight to a proposal. For more creative projects, we recommend a $95 Design Consultation so you can see your ideas clearly before construction begins.
